Land acquisition is complex. Property evaluations, regulatory approvals, partner alignment, it moves slower than a crowdfunding campaign. We've been doing the work, but we haven't been telling you about it.
Your money is secure. All €9,000 remains untouched in our dedicated green account. No operating costs. No salaries. Just your contribution, growing.
What's actually happening:

Moving forward, you'll hear from us quarterly. Real progress or real challenges, whatever the quarter brings. We underestimated how much communication matters for a project like this. We're correcting that now.

Our website has been updated to better reflect our journey and progress. Financially, all crowdfunding contributions remain untouched and secure in a dedicated account. These funds have even earned interest, enabling us to protect even more nature in the future!
Despite economic uncertainties, we remain steadfast in our commitment. We are continually exploring new avenues to ensure the sustainability of Ice Trust's mission.

All crowdfunding contributions have been received and are now safely transferred to a dedicated “green" interest account at one of Iceland's largest banks. This ensures that every euro contributes to our conservation efforts.
